Delivery:
We aim to deliver within 7 working days and items held in stock are normally despatched
the next working day. If for any reason an item is not available we will contact you to
ask if you are happy to wait or wish to cancel your order.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail special or recorded service. Your delivery address
should be one where someone is available during daytime delivery hours to sign for your parcel.
UK Delivery Costs:
Order value up to £ 25.00 - £2.50
Order value up to £100.00 - £6.00
Order value over £100.00 - Free
Returns and refunds:
We are compliant with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Act,
which gives you a 7 day no quibble guarantee. You must contact us within 7
days of receiving the goods if you wish to return them for any reason and we
will then send you a returns form.
We will not accept any goods back without a completed returns form.
You should ensure that once you receive the returns
form the unwanted goods are returned to us within 3 working days.
Subject to the goods being in perfect unused condition and in its original
undamaged packaging we will refund you in full apart from the shipping costs.
We suggest you use an insured mail service (special or recorded) to ensure that
goods arrive back within the time frame in good condition.
Refunds will be made
using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods (minus our
postage and package costs) within 30 days. Goods paid for by credit / debit card
will be refunded to the same card and goods purchased by cheque or postal order
will be refunded by Company cheque.
We are unable to refund on shoes that show evidence of being tried on without pop
socks or have scuffed soles. Great care should be taken when trying on swimwear
and t shirts as refunds will not be given if there are any stains from make-up etc.
Briefs should be tried on over the top of your clothes.
Items returned which we deem unsuitable for refund will not be accepted and you will
need to arrange for them to be returned to you at your expense.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of Party Feet or earrings for hygiene reasons.
